Pink Ladies Quiz Night - 24th April 2009
Okay, so I’m probably biased having run the quiz, but that was one heck of a night. 10 rounds, including pictures, music, think pink and advertising - cue a lot of nostalgia amongst those assembled - plus the local debut of the infamous “Trivialities” round. Throw in an extremely well-stocked raffle and I think I can safely say that everyone had a good time. Congratulations to the Pink Thinkers who snatched victory at the last minute, and well tried to the Blossom Hillbillies whose efforts won them the Pink Ladies Wooden Spoons award. All proceeds from this event are being pumped back into the Pink Ladies, meaning there will a benefit felt by all members very shortly.
Finally, thank you to everyone who took part and made the who night such fun. I can’t wait to do the next one, and hopefully you can’t wait to take part.
